"I've been researching community supported agriculture for several months. I
loved the idea of buying locally grown, organic produce, but most memberships
were too pricey for a single person. Then I found Parke Hydro. Gary answered
all my questions and even brought my first basket to me at his Lakeland drop off
site.
My produce basket was so beautiful I took a picture of it to send to my friends
and family. Gary included a bit of everything, tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers,
red and green bell peppers, yellow squash and zucchini. I received more than my
money's worth. I can't wait until next week.
In the meantime, dinner tonight is stuffed peppers. Maybe veggie pizza
tomorrow. Yellow curry chicken and vegetables with brown rice. Cool cucumbers
sliced with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Veggie lasagna. Eggplant with a
greek yogurt cream sauce. Zucchini bread. Sounds delicious doesn't it."
